本產(chǎn)品是7種獨立的蛋白酶抑制劑（AEBSF，Aprotinin，Bestatin，E-64， Leupeptin，Pepstatin A，EDTA）的混合物，優(yōu)化的配比使得本產(chǎn)品可以抑制幾乎所有蛋白酶，包括絲氨酸蛋白酶、半胱氨酸蛋白酶、天冬氨酸蛋白酶、丙氨酰-氨基肽酶、胃蛋白酶、金屬蛋白酶等的活性，全方位防止蛋白降解。本產(chǎn)品適用于蛋白純化、Western Blot、Co-IP、ChIP、蛋白激酶活性測定等實驗。
